Has anyone had to make a teacher complaint? How’d you do it

Had a racial based incident with a teacher, I’m pretty scared for my grades and honestly knowing the teacher has such a viewpoint just makes me uncomfortable but also just somewhat I don’t even know how to explain it.

I’ve listed all sorts of different organisations to complain to but wondering if anyone has done it before
