Help ME PLS

my controller stoped working one of a sudden, i opened a gamepad tester and it shows as if most of the buttons were pressed, but their not, some of the buttons dont work not even wen i press, some times it apears as their not been prest then only haf of the controller work, i opened the controller but cant find the problem as im not a specialist
