42M. WBC at 3 L, HGB at 13.4 L, Neutrophils at 1.5 L. Have been getting sick a lot since COVID in Nov and had a newborn 3 weeks ago. Stress is up due to newborn, lack of sleep and returning to work full time.

Could these blood test results be stress related? My main worry is leukemia from what doctor Google is saying. But I also read leukemia often results in high wbc count. I have no known diseases. No symptoms other than a few viral infections since COVID in November. I’m getting retested in a month to make sure it is a one off result.
