Activist Musicians/Musical Activists in the GNV Area?

Hi All,

I have a friend working on a podcast, and he would like to interview some local musical activists. Basically, people who sing protest songs, or use their art to advance political causes (and I suppose he would also be open to activists who just play or spin music on the side, since the two will likely still be intertwined).

Thx for any suggestions or contact info.
