"[General] Mushroom growing manager wanted"

I have a building, 40 x 60 with 12 foot ceilings. Inside, it is divided into 4 spaces. One is a commons area and the other 3 were medical marijuana grow spaces each being 18 X 33 X 12.

Those 3 spaces have full environmental control for light, 8,000 watts, heat and 5 tons of AC as well as humidity control from 20% to 90%.

I grew mushrooms in there last summer by buying blocks and growing them as proof of concept to see if I could grow mushrooms. I would then sell at a local farmers market.This was just a small scale, one man operation.

Between last summer and now, I bought a good flow hood for 2k. I made a unit for pasteurization that can handle 30, 7lb bags and I purchased an "All American" 21 quart pressure cooker as well as the bags and associated supplies and equipment. In all, I spent nearly 8k gearing up for this summer season.

I am in need of a manager who has the skills to create the bags and run a crew to grow.

I have a crew, those who used to grow the marijuana and they are all good dependable workers who are laid off at the moment and who would love to come back to work.

I am in need of a qualified manager who can oversee this operation.

Pay is negotiable.

The location is in Owosso Michigan on a small farm just South of town.
