Choosing between upgrading CPU or RAM - gaming PC

Hi, so I use my PC mainly for gaming 1080p and FPS 60++ here are my current specs:

• MB: B550 tomahawk
• CPU: R5 3600x
• RAM: DDR4 16x2 2666MHz
• GPU: RTX 3070
• HDD: 1TB M2 + 512GB SSD

If I can choose to either upgrade my CPU to R5 5600x or RAM to Bus 3600MHz which would be the most bang for buck upgrade? thanks!
