Do I take the new traditions and ambitions as Jerusalem? (Ignore border gore)

I just reformed Jerusalem as The Knights! Do I take the new traditions?? The Jerusalem things give me some nice little bonuses for land battles, but the Knights ambitions allow me to have the strongest navy on the planet. Also Jerusalem's missionaries and missionary strength won't really benefit me much since my missionary strength is already pretty high, so it feels like a waste.

I can't make up my mind! Any advice is appreciated!
