Is It Time For Rob Lainton To Takeover?

Last season Lainton had 13 clean sheets in 28 matches played and is now match fit after recovering from a devastating injury. In those 28 matches he allowed 23 goals in total. 0.82 goals allowed per match.

While Howard has 11 clean sheets in 30 matches this season he’s allowed 27 goals in total and 13 of those goals have been allowed in the past 10 matches. 0.9 goals allowed per match.

As we’re nearing the end of the season and every match grows more and more crucial is it time to bring Rob back into the starting lineup? We’ve lost multiple defenders to injury and it seems like strengthening our keeper would be wise. What are your thoughts?
