I want to become Catholic

I want to become Catholic, but I fear that I am more attracted to the aesthetics and music and stuff of the Church than anything. I don't think I truly believe. I go to mass on Sunday, not taking communion of course, almost hoping to start feeling real faith, but I do not.

Should I look into RCIA or should I try to feel a real form of faith first. I am baptized
