looking for people/advice

I come from the midwest, small town. group of friends, somewhat of a life, etc. I wanna take advantage of starting over to the max. How do I start to find success? I want to meet people my age (20/26, i’m 21). I’m social and entrepreneurial so I want to build a network with people. I play music, smoke weed, and like being outside as often as possible.
