Is Germany a good country to find a job for young people?

(SOLVED) Hi guys, i dont know if this is the right place to post this but;

Im a 21 years old boy that moved in Saarland 2 years ago. I have little job experience and my level in German is A1 ( very basic) Its been 5 months since i started to look for a minijob.

Every day i send at least 3/4 applications but never get an answer. What im doing wrong?
