New bug after season 2 update?

Seems as if every time the devs do an update to "fix" the game they somehow manage to break the game at the same time, There seems to be a new bug where when you die in multiplayer you cant move, shoot, or use tacticals/lethals. Sometimes after a few seconds it fixes its self other times you have to leave the game it seems(only happens on controller it seems). I dont understand how such brain dead people have jobs at a AAA game studio but yet every time they "fix" something, They some how manage to break something else.
