Trouble with my Ender 3 Pro

Hey guys, I don’t know how to google my question because it is two parts and hopefully someone has been in this situation before. For reference I have an entirely stock ender pro 3. I will add files to my Sd card, load it into my 3d printer and it will run for about 3 seconds before freezing / pausing on me. I have to power off because the screen locks, but the weirder part is that after I reboot, the files are missing on my sd card and the ender says no TF card found. I don’t think this is a mechanical issue because I have printed things in the past. Does anyone know what’s going on?
