Barber/salon recommendations - man w long hair

Hey everyone,

Can anyone recommend a barber or salon for a man with long hair?

I've got long hair (halfway down my back) and want to keep it that way, but it's definitely due a better cut than I can manage with some kitchen scissors.

I've always found it a bit tricky to find someone who can do a decent man's cut that isn't just a short back and sides. Any suggestions?

I'm based over near Wantage so Oxford centre, Abingdon, Didcot, Witney etc all work for me.
