Is S-Plan pricing the same as employee pricing?

I am purchasing a 2023 CX-5 and I have a friend of the family that says he can get me an employee purchase. I am curious to know if this is the same as S-Plan pricing or if employee pricing is better.

Plus I want to be more knowledgeable when dealing with the salesman!
