What’s the highest affinity you can get for ultima and evocation without monster buffs?

The reason I ask is because I’m trying to figure out if I just need to go with one so I don’t lose out on any gear perks. For example, I have a piece of gear with IX evocation affinity and one with X ultima and I’ve upgraded all my gear to the highest they will go and I’m only at %1917 evocation and %1177 ultima. Granted, I’m only at floor 105 but for the time being should I just try to stick with one until I can get better stuff? If I want to raise my affinity on gear pieces what’s the highest each piece can go?

Also, I know this is a little off-topic, but anyone know when the summoner affinities start dropping? And is it through the badges from Gilgamesh?

Thanks in advance!
