a Dell, we try to turn it on with 1 slot of ram and it stays the same, we change it with the other one and it stays the same, we take out and put in again the hard drive (it's a 2013 HDD, that is, it's solid state, it's not an ssd) and it it stays the same, it doesn't go beyond the logo
