1990 suburban aftermarket alarm system malfunctioning

Hi folks my grandpa has a Suburban that my uncle owned before he passed, my grandpa put 2 new batteries in it and now the alarm system my uncle put in won't stop being obnoxious and It won't start. Any clue how to disconnect the alarm system?
