Prop 8 is back in the news in California. It was overturned on appeal, but is still in the state constitution. State reps want to put a prop on the ballot next year to remove the language that Prop 8 put in. Prediction: Dallin & Co. won’t lift a finger to counter this constitutional housekeeping.
