Viña del mar, Chile- digital nomad gem

I usually don't post much, but I must say, Viña del mar is a total gem. Doesn't seem to get a lot of publicity. 400 mb wifi is readily available around town. Streets and beaches are clean and safe. Virtually no North American/ European tourists. Great seafood. Perfect weather in summer (70 degrees F and sunny). Valparaiso is an artsy city next door. Tons of beautiful views.

If you like Montevideo, you will probably like VDM. If you are burnt out from big cities, it feels very manageable and walkable.

Cons: Food is the most expensive I've seen as far as latam cities go, but high quality. English is a rarity around here, so brush up on your Spanish :)
