Creation Club on PS5 saying to install updates every time I open it

Title says it all, but I just got Skyrim on PS5, and in the Creation Club, it’s saying that I have updates for the Rare Curios, Survival Mode, Saints & Seducers, and Fishing content. I hit update on all of them and they disappear from the menu. I exit out of CC, then when I go back into it, they’re back in there again. But the weird thing is that it all shows up as installed when I’m in the actual game.

I’m considering buying the Anniversary Upgrade because I love the game and enjoyed the stuff on my Xbox, but I’m wondering if this bug will keep me from accessing all of the content. Or is this just one of those things that has no bearing and everything will work fine?
