Any Thoughts on XP Inc.?

I just opened position of XP, a Brazilian stock broker listed on NASDAQ but also with depository receipt in B3. Any comments on its valuation/future growth/user experience from Brazil?

I would be happy to discuss Brazilian stocks (I invested in Vivo, TIM, Siderugica Nacional before) and offer insights in East Asian/ European market.
