Student laptop recc’s

Hi! I own a Lenovo ThinkPad and it is regularly stupid and incompetent and gives me an aneurysm. Unfortunately I am broke. Any laptop suggestions from my fellow students that are CHEAP but also usable and can withstand me having a few google drive tabs open and GB and zoom capability? I dont need a touch screen or anything else fancy.
