[Routine Help] Skincare routine analysis ?

Hey everyone! I’m trying to build a new skincare routine because my old one has been making me breakout recently. Is there an app or website or something that I can list products and it will tell me if the ingredients agree or not? I know some active ingredients do not mix well, and I am wondering if there is an easy way to know if certain products work well together or not. Thank you in advance !! :)
