Which new car should I buy? (Pilot/CX-50/Outback)

I'm looking to buy a new car by the end of the year and not sure which one would be best. My 3 choices right now are Honda Pilot AWD Trailsport, Mazda CX-50 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus, and Subaru Outback Touring XT.

I'm looking at the 2023 models and I know they are all pretty similar but I'm wondering what people actually think about them or if there's any other option that people think are better.

I have a 2003 sedan right now and am in search of a car that will fit my needs well into the future. I'm looking at new cars because I am a person who buys one car and will drive it until it dies so I am looking to have this for the next 10+ years.

I live in the PNW with my husband and 2 dogs. We do lots of exploring and road trips, camping and hiking. We would like to have a rooftop tent and do cross country trips with this car. We do not have or plan on having kids but we do like to take our friends and family out and do day trips with one car so I like the idea of the 7 seats with the Honda Pilot but it's not actually necessary, more of a nice perk. I have looked at the Subaru Ascent but I'm a little nervous with the constant recalls on it lately.

We are also wanting a small camper trailer for cross county trips so I do need something that tows a bit as well. I really like how all 3 cars look and drive and the space in them.

So, what do you guys think if the best car? Any advice or opinions from people who have them or worked on them is appreciated!
