IKON F&F discount how to redeem "not on line"

I received a F&F discount into my account. But the blue button on the ticket pop-up says "Redeem online". Since the resort (Lake Louise) I want to use it at is not on the "online" list, I've got nothing to show for it once I get to the resort.

The website just has a generic coupon-like image that I could print a thousand times and give to anyone. There is no name no number!

I was hoping for a plain "redeem" button that would send me an email with some info that the resort could validate when I get there.

I'm going to call IKON tomorrow, but seeing that it may take forever to talk to someone, I am hoping someone here can shed some light.
