Cbbe and 3bbb Nevernude?

I use CBBE Nevernude. But I wanted to try this great armor and hair mod I found. I just wanted the hair only but you have to take the whole mod, which requires 3bbe. I tried picking a NeverNude option there, but when I went into a house with a spa, everyone was naked there. So I assumed the 3bbe didn't care what I wanted 😊

Here is the hair I wanted with the requirement.

If I used these together, would I still be able to do NeverNude? Or do you think the house mod I used just stripped them down because it was a spa?
