I took 150µg and didn't feel like myself the day after.

It was my first time taking acid and I had a lot of fun. Went on a walk, watched Interstellar, listened to some music, and generally had a good time. But the next day, I didn't even feel real. I felt like I wasn't myself, like I had lost all of my creativity. I generally felt like I might want to kill myself because I would never be back to normal. One week later, I feel fine. I feel perfectly normal and I remember feeling bad, but I don't remember the actual feeling (a friend told me this would happen). Does anyone else get this?
