pci passthrough gpu

im trying to make a pci passthrough on "TrueNAS-13.0-U3.1"

my intention is to make a simple nas and a "gaming" vm with an 1650/2080ti (im testing the 2080ti)

I don't know how to do it, I've already enabled the tunables with the vmm_load and pptdevs, and installed some drivers

but when checking if the gpu is working on the device manager it gave me the error 43 and idk what to do, I know someone solved that, but is possible to do with core? how can i solve that?
