Question for men who have taken Cialis

I will be talking to my urologist about this but unfortunately my next appointment isn’t until April.

I was recently prescribed 20mg Cialis and told I could split it up. I took about 5mg Wednesday and felt fine, besides an initial facial flushing and woozy sensation. No issues the next day.

Then last night (3 days after the first dose) I took another 5mg or so, possibly a little more since I broke the pills up by hand. I felt fine and didn’t get any flushing, but this morning I felt REALLY weird. Woke up with a very itchy throat - felt like a cotton ball at the back of it - and bad congestion; in fact when I blew my nose green snot came out.

As the day progressed I just felt sort of rundown and hivey/itchy, and also had dry eye. Some stomach issues too— just feeling gassy and weird.

The only thing I can think of is that I had taken CBD oil and a THC tincture last night before bed, maybe an hour or two after the cialis, and apparently cbd can block the liver enzymes that filter medications like Cialis… but given how popular both cbd and cialis are I feel like more anecdotes of bad reactions would be available online and I couldn’t really find any. I even called my pharmacy and they told me there was no known interactions between the two listed in their database.

So I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else here who’s taken Cialis had side effects like this? Is this normal?
