Movement bug when moving through Frank Wolff's circle when it is on bottom of screen

I play using Wolff a lot. I've found that manually controlled heroes will skip through Wolff's circle if the circle is on the bottom of screen and you dash through it. It dashes from one side to the other starting from left or right.

If you start mid-circle, you can enter the circle normally. It's only when the circle is on bottom of screen.
