Has anyone else redeemed a Dew Nation gift card reward and not received it?

I redeemed my Dew Nation points for a Walmart gift card over a week ago and have not received it yet. I've redeemed many times before, and I've always gotten the gift cards delivered to my e-mail address a few days after. I e-mailed admin@dewnationhq.com, but all I received back was an auto-reply that implied I should e-mail cs@tangocard.com. So, I e-mailed that address too, and only have received an auto-reply back. The only info I have found on Dew Nation states gift cards should be delivered via e-mail "3-5 days" after redemption.

I'm wondering if there is some delay right now. Has anyone else been waiting on a gift card longer than usual? Are there any tips on other places to attempt to contact Dew Nation about missing redemptions?
