Crashing on start

Hey everyone, wondering if someone can help me out.

Been playing gta 5 since its release on the console but only just got it on PC to try out fivem as well as some mods for the vanilla game.

Ive followed all the instructions that are outlined in a few different videos of using openIV to create a mods folder with all the relevant folders inside as well as then adding the folder with the rpf file inside for each specific car addon. Ive also made sure to edit the DLC list XML file inside the update>update.rpf>common>data section.

I've tried to troubleshoot this by googling solutions like the heap adjuster, packfile limit adjuster, sctipthook V as well as installing a game config XML file. None of this is working and my game crashes when loading into SP every time even with only one mod "installed".

My copy of gta 5 is from the rockstar launcher but I'm not sure if that would be having an impact at all?

Does anyone have any suggestions, it would be much appreciated. i just want to drive a realistic ferrari 488 and turbo S in gta lol
