Card idea

Has anyone suggested a card that restores the original cost of cards in hand affected by iceman or the icebox? Similar to how Luke cage negates scorpion. I’m thinking it would be a 4 cost, so it’s a costly mid game investment that could potentially rescue your late game curve. If it’s ongoing it could even counter Dream Dimension. Obviously if it eliminates ALL cost changes it would never see play with Zabu, Quinjet and Sera decks.
