Red CPU Light + Orange DRAM Light

Hey guy,

I just bought an Intel Core i7 13700K an hour ago. I was gaming on my PC earlier this morning on an Intel Core i7 12700K, and removed it and replaced it with my new CPU. However, after applying thermal paste to it and throwing my liquid cooler over it, then booting up, I’m seeing a red cpu light along with orange DRAM light. I tried removing and replacing all four DDR4 ram modules, to no avail..

Please help!
