I want to live stream my hikes what's the best way to do this?

Go pro. Go pro app.

Using a cellphone would probably be easiest. Strap it to a headlamp strap or something.

Be careful doing this. I feel like I've read a story about people finding out where you're hiking and hurting you.

Obviously it's not healthy to be paranoid but just a word of caution about signs and background elements.

It really depends on your budget, you can get really professional irl streaming backpacks which come with cameras, encoders and all that, but you will have provide your own wifi, so basically those lil usb dongles or portable hotspots would be good, most irl streamers with these backpacks tend to have multiple wifi signals so if one cuts out it swaps to the other.
