Is there anywhere to check how/why exactly you character died? Any logs somewhere?
So I had a 2 1/2 month character living in the fishing houses in LV. Was exercising one night and after getting drowsy I went to sleep. When I woke up I had a very high fever and 10 seconds later I died.
Have absolutely no clue what happened. I mean it. I play permanent death so everythime I lose a character I start a new save from scratch. I would really like to know wtf happened to at least learn something from it.
Any help?

Did you sleep on the first floor?
Sounds like corpses sickness. Sleep on the 2nd floor, it’s pretty much 100% safe.
Any mods? That can make it basically impossible to know.
Slept on my cabin with no corpses around. These are my mods.
God damn it. Is it possible that cooked fish or excessive excercise can kill you? I remember I ate a bunch of those and did like 4 rounds of 60 minutes burpees.
