Who writes on the walls? Not only the graffiti we collect, but like the writings on the walls pointing to secrets and gears? I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if it's purely for gameplay, since the game is full of these gags, but I just wanted to know if this is ever answered.

There was a log by a robot who was ordered to draw arrows to direct people through the facilities. They took the job really really seriously and went overboard.

In track 7 there will be a path, actually multiple paths but one in particular, that was blocked on your first playthrough due to you not have Korsica on team at the point that you will now be able to access. Go down this path and you will see.

If you go through the new locations that open up after you complete the game, you will find out who does the graffiti.
Don't think there's an answer as to who's drawing the hints for item locations though
Thanks, I meant to see it right after finishing up, but being blind asf, I managed to miss the door on the first level.
