Cooling recommendations for 24/7 computer with i7-13700K?

Hello there,

I want to build an efficient headless computing machine which will be working 24 hours per day with a pretty stable usage (however flexible usage, it could be adjusted to fill hardware recommendations). It won't be a running server, long uptime is not important, maintenance breaks are fine.

I've decided to build it around Intel i7-13700K. No overclocking, undervolting if needed.

The most important are low noise levels.

Could you recommend me the best cooling system which fits my needs?

Should it be liquid/water AIO or rather air cooling?

Specific products recommendations are welcome.
