Could the MacDirtyCow exploit allow for trollstore on higher versions of IOS?

Im assuming not but I thought that I may as well ask as I'm on ios 15.5 and cant use trollstore. I heard about the MacDirtyCow exploit more recently and have seen the type of stuff people can do with it. Does this exploit allow anything to do with IPA's?
