So, say the police detained someone driving on the way home and there were children left unattended who then somehow managed to die could a person be charged as above? Obviously it's negligent to leave the child unattended but say an accident happened or they froze to death in an unheated home due to/during the detention what happens? Gross negligence manslaughter?
