Pre-Med Opportunities at Oxford

Is it possible for Oxford students to not only travel to main campus to participate in activities with the CDC and access other resources, but also apply and get them in the first place with as much ease as main campus students?
What medical extracurricular opportunities are there at Oxford?
Are there opportunities to obtain the following roles, if so are you aware of specifically through what program/association:
EMT (emergency medical technician)

Phlebotomist
Clinic volunteer
Hospice care assistant
Science Tutor
