Anyway to contact the DMV?

hey y’all. is there anyway to contact the dmv? the number they provide online doesn’t work and the customer service line says that the agents are busy, but they don’t let you wait to talk to an agent. they just straight up hang up on you. someone stole my mail which contained my renewed drivers license and there’s no way to get in contact with anyone. Any ideas on what to do?
