Nice.
Same. If they do have a deeper meaning that's just a bonus
"Just happy to get out the House"
Just watched it, loved it and then i saw people give it a 1,5/10 and im like what? Some people should really just.. shut up
people should shut up because.....they didn't like the movie that you did?
Some people need to shut up cause they no longer watch movies for entertainment but to try and find every little thing that could be improved
I thought it was a great intro to Phase Five. I never take what critics say as gospel anyway. It's what you consider enjoyable. Jonathan Majors is going to be a force to be reckoned with for a while to the point we hate him for his actions with characters we've embraced for so long.
Imagine being so fragile that your enjoyment of something is ruined because people you don't know didn't like it.
Also, many people have seen cracks in a lot of the MCU stories as of late - it's not so much I haven't been enjoying MCU, I just can see how phase 1-3 I love a lot of those projects and was genuinely excited, and phase 4 (and the first entry to phase 5) have left me ambivalent or just "it was fine."
There is definitely a difference between Post-Endgame and Pre-Endgame. Its fine that some people are still happy getting MCU, but some people prefer a little bit more bang for their buck - or just a solid script and solid characters
Man, I'll let you in on a secret. It's a really special secret that only the luckiest people know...
People....they find enjoyment in media in multiple ways. Some people get their enjoyment from just a movie being fun and with big explosions. Some people get their enjoyment out of seeing a good and memorable story, others from visual and musical aspects and so on.
Like, please, can we stop with this bullshit way of thinking where anyone that isn't enjoying/is criticizing mcu movies is "doing it on purpose" or "just wants it to fail"?
Like, seriously,I've loved MCU movies for years, but I think that in the last few months there has been a decreese in the quality of the story/characters, AND THAT diminishes my enjoyment of the movie. It's that simple. It's not a "you were just expecting a new endgame" or a "you set your expectations too high", it's a simple, My enjoyment comes from what I perceive as a good story/character build, and to me,this wasn't it.
Also, please let us try to not use enjoyment as a way to deflect any and all criticism. It's just borderline childish at this point,it's not like I pay for a ticket, go to the movies to sit in my chair and say "Boi, I sure am going to do my best to not enjoy it". Seriously, can this community as a whole just....try to do better?

Finally got around to seeing it tonight. Really loved it. Don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. Thoroughly entertaining
