When do tix show up in the Ballpark app?
I purchased opening day tickets from the Nats ticket office on the evening of Feb 28. Shortly thereafter I received an email confirming my purchase. If I click on the 'View Tickets' link in my confirmation email I can see the tickets on mlb.tickets.com. And they say 'To access your tickets please use the MLB Ballpark app.' But they're not showing up there. My email address in the app is the one that got the email - I've clicked the 'Refresh My Tickets' button a couple of times but no dice. I put in Customer Support ticket about it and their response was about barcodes on the tickets, so I don't think they understood the question.
How far in advance of the game do tickets show up? Should I be seeing my opening day tickets now or will they not show up until closer to the game date?

"Here is when we’ll enable the different features in your Access account.
Week of 3/6 - Ticket Management
• Begin to forward and exchange your tickets via the MLB Ballpark App and your My Nationals Ticket Account for the 2023 season.
Week of 3/13 – eCASH & Partner setup
• This is your time to setup your account partners and for them to setup their Access accounts. You will also be able to setup your eCASH account in order to enjoy your concessions and team store eCASH back during the 2023 Season!
Week of 3/20 - Red Carpet Rewards
• We’ll load up the Marketplace, Auctions, Experiences, and Tickets so you can start spending your points!"
