Disabled male finch-Friend advice

I just purchased a finch who is missing a foot (incident where it either got caught and inquired or in a fight? Story unknown). I know finches aren’t suppose to be alone, but has anyone had a finch with a physical disability and successfully lived with others finches? Advice?
