Anyone else have trouble with public transport in the last couple weeks?

I've had quite a few issues with the buses recently, either they are running quite late, haven't shown up or driving past my bus stop. I've called them up and the person on the phone said they were getting a few complaints recently and was wondering if anyone else had issues?? And I know that traffic can be an issue sometimes but it's starting to be late quite often. And plus all the road works on Cameron road have closed quite a few bus stops aswell (while they have put up temporary bus stops multiple bus drivers have skipped over them when I've requested to stop beforehand). Anyone else having these issues?

Edit 1: I would also like to add I don't blame anyone at all I know that there are multiple factors involved and all the bus drivers I've had have been lovely I was just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this?
