He´s a bit too short for my taste and I didn't (still don´t) like the way he dresses for class, until last tuesday. He came to the studio straight from work, looking handsome, like an upgraded version of himself. I´m not romantically interested in him, which puts this whole story on the list of the most insignificant things I´ve noticed this year.

Elaine: Jerry, you won't believe it! I saw David at yoga today, and he was dressed so nicely. I never really noticed before, but he's actually quite handsome.
Jerry: David? The guy who always wears those outdated sweatpants and oversized t-shirts?
Elaine: Yes, him! But today, he was wearing a fitted shirt and those tight yoga pants that show off his... [Elaine trails off, gesturing towards David's physique]
Jerry: [sarcastically] Well, I guess it's time to start planning the wedding then.
Elaine: [laughs] Very funny. But I'm serious, Jerry. He's a completely different person when he's not dressed like a slob.
Kramer: [bursting into the apartment] Hey, guys! Have I got an idea for you.
Jerry: [rolling his eyes] What is it this time, Kramer?
Kramer: [grinning] We should rent out your living room to travelers!
Elaine: [confused] What do you mean, rent out Jerry's living room?
Kramer: [enthusiastically] Yeah, we could put an ad on Airbnb and make some extra cash. Think about it: people are always looking for affordable places to stay in the city, and your living room is just sitting there unused.
Jerry: [shaking his head] I don't know, Kramer. I don't really want strangers sleeping on my couch.
Kramer: [persistent] Come on, Jerry. It'll be fun! We'll get to meet people from all over the world.
Elaine: [smiling mischievously] Maybe David will book a night and you two can finally become friends.
Jerry: [rolling his eyes again] Okay, fine. We'll try it out for a week and see how it goes.
Kramer: [excitedly] Yes! This is going to be great. I can already feel the money rolling in.
Elaine: [looking at her phone] Speaking of rolling in, David just texted me. He wants to grab a drink tonight.
Jerry: [smiling] Looks like things are finally looking up for old David.
Kramer: [grinning] And for us too, Jerry. This living room rental idea is going to be a hit, I can feel it.
