Red light camera - Question

I was at a red light going west. I was at a complete stop and the north and south lights were turning yellow and then red. As this was happening, the car behind me was honking on me and about to rear end me. They were sliding due to slippery road conditions. I saw this and quickly entered the intersection to avoid being hit. When I entered, all four lights were red. A few seconds after, my light turned green. I was in the intersection for about 4/5 seconds while all four lights were red.

I didnt see if the cameras flash behind me as I was concerned of entering The intersection safely.

Does anyone know if the red light cameras flash when all four lights are red?
