They just don’t have any chemistry

I feel like there’s just no chemistry between Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey, their characters have been together for the better part of a year in the story but the chemistry between them is the same as when Joel & Ellie first met. We know Pedro’s a good actor and Bellas only other big show was GOT, but by the time she was in that the writing was so bad even the good actors look awful, so I’m assuming they’ve written them like this on purpose so how they act towards each other at the beginning of 2 makes more sense.

Also episode 3 was good but in a story driven show with 9 episodes it didn’t make sense to waste a whole episode on 2 side characters, they obviously wanted to tell that story but it would’ve worked better as a stand alone episode that airs between seasons.
